What does a tri girl do in the winter?
Don't fret, tri girls. Nordic ski instead! You'll hit the biking and swimming season in kicker form from all the aerobic beastiness and muscular slammedness of Nordic.
If you've never Nordic skied, and you'd like to "tri" it, head on over to Titcomb to check it out. If I'm around, I'd be happy to give you a quick intro.
For Farm Girls whose kids are K-8, come on out and ski with us on Wednesdays this ski season with the Titcomb Mountain Bill Koch League.

Come on out, Tri Girls!
Hey there Farmington tri girls (or girls who want to tri) ~
I have been writing this blog in my head for quite some time now, and it's just plain time for me to jump off the perfectionist bandwagon and get started. So... If you're seeing this, I've sent you an invite, and you signed up to be a Farmgirl.
I want to use this space to pull together all of the Swimming, Biking, and Running resources that I've found along my tri journey, and I hope you'll share your resources, too.
Keep tri-ing!
Heather

So there are a ton of Farm Girls who have tri on the mind.... Being one of those tri-obsessed Mainers, I decided to share some of the golden nuggets of tri training beautiousness with my tri-buds.

There are a bunch of swimming videos that I checked out on the Active.com site that I found somewhat helpful as well
